| DATES OF EXAMINATIONS |
|
The Institutes' examination is conducted twice in a year - April and October. For further enquiries on the date for the current examination. |

IMPORTANT NOTE IN THE FOUNDATION EXAMINATION
|
| Candidates are required to pass all subjects of each section of the Foundation examination at a sitting. Reference may be allowed in two subjects only in Section I & one subject in Section II and candidates must pass the subject(s) within the following two diets. Otherwise, he/she may be required to re-sit all the subject(s) in the Section in subsequent examinations. |

| Candidate for Single Subject Certificates: |
|
These consists of 8 different subjects in different fields. Graduates or Associates of CIBN or other recognized bodies wishing to get knowledge/specializations in field(s) of their choice would select the area they want. |

| Mortgage Finance Certificate: |
|
| This is for specialized candidates wishing to acquire more knowledge in the mortgage finance industry. |
